Brief
Hannover Fairs Australia provided a brief for a custom stage set to reflect its leading edge technology presence. The event included an opening awards ceremony, 3 day conference and exhibitor requirements for 600 exhibition stands.

Responsibilities
Microhire was responsible for the following: set design, construction, content and integration of audio visual components such as live to screen capabilities, remote content management, sound and lighting for up to ten presenters on stage including International and Australian Government representatives.

Challenges
Being able to design a set ensuring all branding and technical elements were met, whilst also following the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Center’s guidelines for occupational health and safety.

Results
The conference was a complete success for Hannover Fairs Australia and Microhire. All requirements were met on schedule with an experienced 16 strong technical crew from Australia. The client also noted the exceptional results displayed by the LED panels and content.
